Endotoxin removal kit for midiprep DNA, 5x 5ml. EndoCleanTM Protocol (Cat. No. 18502 for 1-5 mL of PlasmidDNA or Cat. No. 18503 for 6-20 mL of Plasmid DNA)1. Add 5ml plasmid DNA sampleinto the 15-mL conical tube containing about 5 mL of endotoxin removal Buffer2. Mix by inverting the tube 5-6times and put on ice for about 5-10 minutes until the solution is clear without turbidity;3. Mix well again by inverting the tube 5-6 times;4. Incubate the tube at 37 ?C water bath for about 6-10 minutes and the solution shall be turbid or separated;5. Spin at 3,000 rpm in a low-speed centrifuge at room temperature for 5 minutes with the brake off;6. Gentlytransfer the upper clear layer solution to another 15-mL or 50-mL conical tube;7. Precipitate plasmid DNA with 0.1 volume of 3 M NaAc (pH 5.4) and 2 volume of 100% ethanol.
